‘Refill Your Cup’ – Hillingdon’s first zero-waste grocery store is opening in Ruislip

← More from Ruislip Residents' Association

Laura and Natalie are turning their dream into reality by opening a store where you can buy groceries by weight to eliminate packaging waste.  They open Hillingdon’s first zero-waste grocery shop in Ruislip this Saturday.  They are next door to Pizza Express at the bottom of Ickenham Road, along Ruislip High Street.

We have a note from them, and an invitation for you to join their opening:

Back in 2019, we met at Hotpod Yoga Ruislip, and haven’t looked back since. Bonding over a shared love of running and finding sustainable alternatives, we pounded the streets of Ruislip for many years, sharing stories, hopes and dreams – in the process deciding to join forces and create Hillingdon’s very first zero-waste store.  We’ve now turned our dream of providing a local, alternative shopping experience, into a reality and bring to you Refill Your Cup Ruislip.

RYP is a local hub where customers can buy food without waste in an accessible, affordable, and sustainable way. From dried goods to personal hygiene, candles, to making your own freshly ground nut butter, our store has community at heart with a focus on selling locally sourced products.

Our mission is to enable the local community to reduce waste, have a positive impact on the environment, and improve their wellbeing by making changes to their buying habits.

We can’t wait to see you in store, and to Refill Your Cup, and ours!

Lots of Love
Laura & Natalie

Laura and Natalie would like to invite you to the opening of Refill Your Cup, Hillingdon’s first zero waste, refill, pay by weight grocery store on Saturday 11th October from 9am.
