Voters in Hillingdon will have the chance to elect councillors on May 7 and the full list of confirmed candidates has been released.
The council has been run by the Conservatives since 2006. A total of 256 candidates are standing across across 21 wards.
The number of candidates for each party is 53 for the Labour Party, 53 for the Conservative Party, 52 for Reform UK, 39 for the Liberal Democrats, 32 for The Green Party, 14 for the Hayes Independent Party, five for the Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition, four Independents, two for the UK Independence Party, and one for the Social Democratic Party.
Some wards below have two councillors and others have three which is why parties are fielding multiple candidates in the same wards in some cases. Harefield Village is the only ward with just one councillor.
