Replacement of existing gable roof with hipped crown roof and rear dormer with Juliette balcony. Amendments to fenestration, landscaping and outbuilding including erection of a pergola, decking, bi-fold doors and additional boundary treatment) to reduce the size of the ground floor extension, amendments to loft fenestrations, changes to the outbuilding to provide a BBQ pit, amendments to outbuilding materials from brick to render, the addition of a WC, and amendments to the outbuilding fenestrations.
