Proposal:
Minor material amendment (s73) to Conditions 2 (Approved Plans), Condition 3 (General Compliance with Supporting Documents) and Condition 9 (Landscaping, Car Parking and Refuse/Cycle Storage) of planning consent reference: 43495/APP/2020/888 dated 17-11-20 (Demolition of existing building and the erection of a part four and part five storey block providing 34 residential units (Use Class C3); associated access and other works including landscaping and amenity space, car and cycle parking and refuse storage). Amendments seek to allow internal and external alterations comprising revised floor layouts and access cores; an increase in the maximum building height of approximately 2 metres; a revised roof form, fenestration, balconies and terraces; additional plant and fire-safety infrastructure; revised refuse and cycle-storage arrangements; a reduction in communal amenity space; and a reduction in the cycle storage from 61 to 40 spaces.
