Detailed description: To provide 103 residential units (2 x studio, 57 x 1-bed, 31 x 2-bed and 13 x 3-bed)) The changes seek to amend condition 3 (approved plans list) following a requirement to relocate adaptable (M4(3)(2)(a)) and accessible (M4(3)(2)(b)) units to be accessed off the north circulation core and to vary the wording of condition 30.
