Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans) and 3 (Landscaping) of planning permission reference 51186/APP/2024/1008, dated 19-06-2024, for the 'Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref. APP/R5510/W/21/3273177, dated 23-11-2021 (Demolition of the existing detached house and outbuildings and erection of a new detached dwelling, with new boundary treatment, alteration of one of the existing access and crossover points with retention of the other existing access and associated ancillary works) involving the re-configuration of the single storey rear projections of the detached dwelling and changes to the windows and doors on the south side elevation.' The amendment seeks to alter the front boundary treatment from brick walls to wrought iron railings.
