Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans) and 3 (Landscaping Details) of Appeal Decision ref. APP/R5510/W/21/3273177 (Hillingdon Council Ref. 51186/APP/2020/4149), dated 23-11-2024 (Demolition of the existing detached house and outbuildings and erection of a new detached dwelling, with new boundary treatment, alteration of one of the existing access and crossover points with retention of the other existing access and associated ancillary works) to incorporate formal landscaping design, amend front boundary treatment from wall to railings, amend front gable feature, and to allow pruning and removal of trees to rear of site.
