detailed in this report and instruct Property & Estates
to complete the letting.
Reason for decision The recommendations ensure that the new letting will create
a positive result on this parade which will support the
resolution of lease renewals.

The Cabinet Member could choose not to approve the grant
of new lease negotiated.
