Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by

Decision Agreed
The Leader of the Council, in consultation with the
Cabinet Member for Residents Services:
1. Agreed to extend the current contract for the
provision of Environmental Specialist Cleaning
to the London Borough of Hillingdon for One Year
period from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
2. Furthermore, agreed that this included the
provision to extend the contract for a further One
Year period, delegating approval of the further
extension to the Corporate Director of Resident
Services, in consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Residents Services.
3. Noted the ongoing strategic review of the
services provided, including ASB fly-tip removal,
clinical waste collections, and public
convenience maintenance.
Reason for decision In line with the Council's core vision of "putting our residents
first," this contract extension ensures that high- standard
cleansing and hazardous waste services remain
uninterrupted.
