Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by
Cabinet Members at the London Borough of Hillingdon:

Decision Agreed
The Leader of the Council, in consultation with the
Cabinet Member for Planning, Housing & Growth:
1. Agreed to extend the current contract for the
provision of an Outreach/In- Reach Service for
Rough Sleepers to the London Borough of
Hillingdon for a one-year period from 1 April 2026
to 31 March 2027.
2. Agreed to extend the current Service Level
Agreement for the provision of First Stage
Accommodation at Olympic House to the London
Borough of Hillingdon for a one-year period from
1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
3. Authorised the Corporate Director of Residents
Services to approve any variation to the First
Stage Accommodation service specification
detail, if required, within the upcoming financial
year.
4. Agreed to extend the current Referral Agreement
for one year from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.

5. Agreed to extend the current contract for the
provision of a floating support service to the
London Borough of Hillingdon for a one -year
period from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
Reason for decision The proposed recommendations support Hillingdon
residents and communities by maintaining essential rough
sleeping prevention and recovery services. Continuing
these contracts ensures ongoing outreach, accommodation,
and tailored support for vulnerable indi viduals, helping
reduce homelessness and associated anti-social behaviour.
This contributes to safer communities, improved life
chances, and aligns with the Council’s commitment to
putting residents first through effective, value- for-money
services.
