Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by

Decision Agreed
The Leader of the Council, in consultation with the
Cabinet Member for Corporate Services, Digital &
Transformation:
1. Approved the Council joining a pan- London
agreement (via Crown Commercial Services) for
postal services, including collection and delivery
of letters and parcels within the UK.
2. Delegated to the Chief Operating Officer, together
with the relevant Cabinet Member, to approve the
final contract following completion of the
procurement process.
Reason for decision This ensures better value for money through joint
procurement, improved reliability and security of postal
services, and compliance with national requirements.
Residents will benefit from more efficient delivery of
important communications, including housi ng, benefits and
planning, and continued compliance with statutory
deadlines.
